Every student who pays in full is guaranteed a seat in class. Tuition includes a non-refundable registration fee ($100 for Salesperson Pre-Licensing).
To request a refund of the remaining refundable portion, written notice must be received by the school at least 48 hours before your class start date. Once class has started, no refunds are issued - though if the school cancels a class, you'll receive a full refund.
You may transfer to another start date once, free of charge, with one week's written notice (a $50 fee applies for later transfers, subject to availability).

On the first day of class, you'll be given the Real Estate Commission's "eight qualifying questions" used to determine license eligibility. If you realize you may not qualify, you can withdraw and receive a full refund - just notify your instructor or the School Director before your next class session. Pass the final exam with a score of at least 70%, and attend at least 80% of class session hours. You can retake the final exam up to 3 times if needed. See our School Policy page for complete certificate and attendance requirements.
You can miss up to 20% (15 hours) of class time. If you miss more than that, you'll need to restart the class from the beginning. Arriving more than 15 minutes late (at the start or after a break) counts toward that missed time. Full attendance policy details are on our School Policy page.
